Scott Robert Trofholz

Scott Robert Trofholz of Ainsworth, NE passed away Monday, June 12, 2023 at the Brown County Hospital in Ainsworth. He was born December 6, 1964 in Hawthorne, CA to Gerald R. and Judy R. (Holtz) Trofholz. Scott attended Kearney High School in Kearney, NE, where he graduated with the Class of 1983.
Scott will live on in the hearts and memories of his children: Tayler Tidyman (Kelly) of Valentine, NE, Shane Trofholz of Kearney, NE; his siblings, Tim Trofholz (Diane) of Lebo, KS, Tami Robinson of Naples, FL, two grandchildren, Kolt and Samuel; along with other family member and his cowboy and rodeo family.
Scott was a Cowboy’s Cowboy. He could ride a bronc, break a colt and was naturally talented at most everything he did. He was a jack of all trades. First and foremost his kids were his greatest accomplishments! He loved and supported his kids fiercely, as well as all his family.
A Celebration of Life Event will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 7:00 PM at 32780 S. Votaw Road northeast of Wellfleet, NE. Snack food will be provided. Bring your own beverage.
The family would like to thank Scott’s very close rodeo buds, the wonderful community and friends for all their help, care and prayers.
