Johnny loved being a cowboy and he left this world doing what he loved best. John G Hehnke was born at Ft. Dix, New Jersey, to Blaine D. Hehnke of Ravenna, Nebraska and Sally E. Willett of Philadelphia, Pensylvania. Both deceased. He was preceded in death by his wife Joyce Hehnke in 1992. He is survived by his Aunt Sharon Boucher of Burwell Nebraska, and his sister, Lynn A. Trevino of Killdeer, North Dakota and many cousin’s nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at the Congregational Church in Ravenna, Nebraska on September 8, 2019. Pastor Jeff Zinnel will be officiating the service. CD selections of “Amazing Grace” by Hillsong United, “Born and Raised” by Hunter Brothers, “Danger Zone” by Kenny Loggins, “Wanted Dead or Alive” by Bon Jovi, “The Cowboy Way” by Paul Bogart, and “I Can Only Imagine” by Mercy Me will be provided. Eulogy and Special remarks will be given by Corey Palmer and Lynn Trevino.
