Joan Kennedy passed away at the Rock County Hospital Long Term Care in Bassett on Saturday, April 3, 2021. A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at a later date in the MT. Hope Cemetery at Springview. Memorials may be made to the family in her name for a future designation.
