Mrs. Darlene A. Hall

November 15, 1929 — August 27, 2019

Darlene A. Hall died August 27, 2019 at the Sandhills Care Center in Ainsworth, Nebraska. She was born on November 15, 1929 in Long Pine, Nebraska. She was one of seven children born to Leonard and Hazel (Wheeler) Staal.
Darlene graduated from Ainsworth High School in 1947. She also married that same year to Milo “Bob” Hall after he returned from World War II.
She was a lifelong resident of Ainsworth, except when she and her small family moved to the west coast. They came back to their hometown after a few years and settled down for good. Over the years, Darlene left the job of homemaker and worked out of the home. She was employed by Masters’ Café, Charlie’s Liquor and the Red and White Grocery Store. She loved being around all the people and made many friends.
Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her five sisters and one brother. She is survived by her only son, Robert Hall and wife, Kathy and their daughter, Akara of Walton, Nebraska, along with numerous nieces, nephews and other family members left to remember her.
Graveside Services were held on Thursday, August 29, 2019 in the Ainsworth Cemetery Pastor David Randall officiating at the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials were suggested to the family in her name for future designation. Hoch Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
